Robert Del Gande has a lot going on these days-especially overseeing his new Ava and Alto restaurants while maintaining his year-old Sourhwestern--cuisine forebear.
Another new venture is Roxor Artisan Gin, which recently hit the market and is selling fast in cocktails at the restaurant's still-new Sunday brunch and at Bar Annie in the form of the Roxor Cooler "adult popsicles", made with grapefruit juice. simple syrup and a splash of grenadine.
